Our minimum service call is $150, which includes travel, setup, and materials. For smaller jobs, we recommend bundling multiple areas together for the best value.
Most jobs, such as showers or bathtubs, take about 1.5 hour. More complex or multiple areas may take longer, and we’ll let you know ahead of time.
Yes — we clean surface mold during prep. However, this is not deep mold remediation inside walls. We recommend resealing early before mold spreads.
